Founded in June 2024, Nicholls Consultancy was setup to enable me to provide strategic and operational consultancy and interim support across the social housing sector, covering housing, property, and business development.
I’m a housing professional with over 30 years of experience and Nicholls Consultancy I work with a range of housing organisations to strengthen performance, deliver high-quality homes, and provide resident-focused services.
My approach combines my deep technical knowledge with strategic expertise and leadership to drive meaningful, long-term change for providers and their communities.
